Contact Columbia Septic Services
Got a septic question, a scheduling request, or something that’s been bothering you about your system for a few weeks now? Here’s the fastest way to reach us and what happens once you do.
Service Area
Columbia, SC and surrounding communities — including Irmo, Lexington, West Columbia, Cayce, Chapin, and Blythewood.
Business Hours
Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. The request form below is open anytime, including Sundays and evenings.
How We Respond
Calls and form submissions during business hours usually get a same-day response. Anything sent after hours or on a Sunday is the first thing we work through the next business morning, with active backups or indoor odor getting priority scheduling.
Send Us a Message
Tell us what’s going on and we’ll follow up to confirm a time that works.
What Happens After You Submit
Your Request Comes In
The form routes straight to our scheduling desk — no call center, no third party reading it first.
We Review What You Told Us
We match the job to the right equipment and, if it sounds time-sensitive, flag it for priority scheduling.
You Get a Call to Confirm
Expect a call during business hours to lock in a date and answer any questions before the truck shows up.
We Show Up and Do the Work
You’ll know roughly what to expect on cost going in — no first-time surprises once we’re on site.
Richland, Lexington & Kershaw Counties
We run regular service routes across the three-county Midlands area, from the Sandhills side of Richland County to the clay ridges near western Lexington and out toward Camden in Kershaw County.
