Counties We Serve

Service Area by County

Ground behaves differently even within a single county here — the notes below are a starting point, not the whole story for your specific address.

🏠

Richland County

Richland straddles the Fall Line, with sandy, fast-draining soil through the Sandhills belt east of Columbia and denser clay toward the northwest. Older in-town neighborhoods here often have systems installed decades before current SCDES standards, which is where a lot of our inspection work in the county comes from.

Communities Served

Columbia, Blythewood, Forest Acres, Eastover, Hopkins, State Park, Ballentine

🏠

Lexington County

Lexington covers the widest range of ground in our service area, from suburban lots around Lake Murray to sandy Ridge country near Batesburg-Leesville on the county’s western edge. It’s also our highest-volume county for real estate inspections, given how much of the growth around Chapin, Lexington, and Cayce sits on private septic rather than sewer.

Communities Served

Lexington, Irmo, Chapin, West Columbia, Cayce, Gilbert, Gaston, Batesburg-Leesville, Pelion, Swansea, White Rock

🏠

Kershaw County

Kershaw sits fully within the Sandhills belt, and it shows in how septic systems behave out there — sandy soil that drains well but doesn’t hold up under uneven watering or an overloaded field. Camden and the smaller communities along US-1 make up most of our call volume in the county.

Communities Served

Camden, Elgin, Lugoff, Bethune, Cassatt

How It Works

How We Cover Three Counties Without the Travel-Fee Games

We run set routes through each county on a rotating basis rather than dispatching a single truck out from one yard for every call. That’s what keeps a pump-out in Camden or a repair out past Batesburg-Leesville priced the same as one five minutes from downtown Columbia.

If you’re near the edge of Richland, Lexington, or Kershaw County — or just not sure which one you’re actually in — send your address before booking. We’d rather tell you upfront if you’re outside our range than schedule a truck that has to turn around.
